Love the service department at Karl . So when my lease was up on my equinox why not give Karl the shot for my business. I met with Steve Karl and he was on top of my schedule for lease end had the exact car I was looking for at the dealership 2 months early. I negotiated a deal and it was so great having him as my salesman because he makes the price no running to ask my mgr stuff went on . Steve and I worked together to get a fair price for my new equinox and I am now a customer for life .

Was a little frustrated had the service done waited two hours not the problem. Then after I left, the Notes stated that the washer fluid was filled however, it was not. It is extremely low and almost empty.

I had a check engine light and called to make an appointment. When I got to your service department, they checked out the error code immediately upon arrival and told me what system needed checking. I left the car there, went to breakfast and got a call from Karl as I was finishing breakfast that my car has been serviced and fix and to come back to pick it up. That’s what I call quick service.

I almost never write reviews, but the experience with Karl Chevrolet was so outstanding that I felt compelled write this. The dealership felt like a mom and pop shop as opposed to a big corporate Chevy dealer. This was the third dealership we visited with the intention of just going in and "shopping" and ended up buying a Chevy Equinox EV right then. They had exacted the car we wanted on the lot. Nick, our salesman, although only there for 3 months, knew vastly more about the car then the other 2 dealers. Nick, Leo Karl III (the owner) and Sylvester (the finance manager) breezed us through the purchase without holding us hostage as some dealership experiences we've had. When we picked up the car 2 days later, everything was in order and Leo and Nick sat in the car with us for 2+ hours going over the electronics and other details. By far, this was our best experience buying a car and we've bought a lot of cars!!!

Electric vehicles can be a challenge & Karl Chevrolet knows how to maintain and fix my Volt ! They solved the sensor problem, recommended some filters and such and let my car sleep over in the garage while we waited for the part...saved me time and now it runs like 2011.

The issue with the Karl Chevrolet Service Department is the lack of communication skills and holding the car for over a week without offering a loaner. My car was in the shop for over a week (7 days in total) due to two issues. One of them was something they didn't fix the month prior. The car will have to go in a third time since the issue is still not fixed. They didn't reach out for several days at a time. I even asked the sales team for an appraisal on my car because I had a feeling that this would be the start of a downward spiral of the car needing to have major fixes. They still have yet to call or email me with the appraisal. The only reason I had remained loyal to Karl Chevrolet was due to the fact that the car was purchased from them 14 years ago.

Dealer fantastic. They went out of their way to meet my needs. For example, I used the Chevy build you own Tahoe app to create my desired vehicle. When I went to order my Tahoe, the Chevy ordering system said my selected wheels weren’t available, even though the Chevy website said they were. The dealer saw the wheels were available in Chevy parts system. He ordered them there and then swapped my desire wheels for the ones that came on the new Tahoe!
